哪一间才是我们的新家??

TJ因为工作关系, 被调到Den Haag, Den Haag 离Amsterdam有一段路的时间, 听他说他每天得早上六点起床梳洗,然后赶去搭火车上班, 放工还需要一段时间才回到家, 每天浪费在来回的时间上没得好好休息....的确有点辛苦...可能是这样的原因只下, 让他有了想买屋子的念头, 和我商量之下, 就决定在他做工附近买间屋子...
看了几间,终于选了一间我们俩都喜欢的屋子.....
第一间: Astertraaat 20 , € 137.500 k.k., 大概1365"方尺, 全装修
感想: 我和TJ 蛮喜欢这一间的设计,它让我有家的感觉,但是缺点在于它的房间超小,所以就放弃了...

第二间: Obrechtstraat 200,€ 139.500 k.k., 大概810"方尺, 全装修, 有温气机
感想: 我不喜欢, 小又小过人, 贵又贵过人, 更惨的是在Pizza店的楼上, ((可能油烟会吹上来屋子)) TJ 觉得还好, 他说只要专修就好了...至于油烟他说不可能吹上来..-.-III但我还是坚持不要..,他也拿我没办法..

内观: 小, 设计奇怪....


第三间: 我来不及存照片下来, 是TJ很想把它给买下来的家, 我觉得还好, 相较与第二间,当然比较喜欢这一间啦...决定要这一间了...但他因为有会议要到英国就把它搁了三天, 也就这样被其他人买去了....((也好啦..反正我也不是很喜欢=P))
第四间: Astertraat 38 和第一间相同地区,€ 137.500 k.k., 大概1687"方尺

感想: 相较于第一间, 还是喜欢第一间
外观: 喜欢它外面有个小公园

房间: 果然是很小....((可能第一间就是那么小))




厨房和厕所:



第五间: Weimarstraat,€ 139.000 k.k., 也是我们觉定买的小房子...这一间是我和TJ看着图片就一见钟情的屋子, 第一个教训给他不可以拖, 他就立即联络地产经纪人要看屋子了...妈妈也跟着他去看了..妈妈也是很喜欢这一间, 就打电话告诉我屋里怎样又怎样,我心想这次应该成了吧...TJ要求经纪人向屋主减价, 缺点在这间没有装修过厨房, 他向屋主说他还要减价是因为他可以用那笔钱来专修厨房之类....终于成功减了€14,000, €125,000就这样拥有了新家...至于照片呢..还是等他的专修好了再公开吧...

#2 maybe because no furniture around...not so attractive...

我的新公司義香

義香, 对! 就是槟城最驰名的豆沙饼及蔴油的公司...进来了大概半年了..慢慢的适应了这家小公司..初初进来的时候, 太多条规,而我这个从美国公司转来的职员一时真的不能适应, 害到我喘不过气来...如今的我和公司的职员上上下下都维持很好的关系...虽然还有几位同事是不能接受我的到来..但他们还是没对我怎样...还好~ 其他的我就不多讲啦..因为有很多不是猫友的小人还是读着我的部落格,然后向我的老板打小报告...对不起啦大家..但如果你对義香有什么意见的话不妨直说..我需要大家的声音来做改善... 进了不久..我就被派去中国,厦门开拓市场...详细全是公事也不说了...在厦门没什么走和玩..就只是做工罢了....幸好回的时候在香港停一晚...我的老板丢我一人在铜骡湾, 我们就可自走了...在着茫茫的人海里, 大家快步的行走..我又是那种无处可去的可怜女孩..在那儿走马看花...发现香港东西不便宜...本想去星巴克打发时间, 但那儿的新巴克传达不到"在家"的感觉..就直接走出来了...就一直走呀走来到了公园坐上了1小时...饿了..老板没给我电话,看样子是吃自己了..走过很多家茶餐厅,但没有食物的香味传出来..一个人不想吃..打算买MCD吃..快要到我的时候,竟然和我前面的人说这个counter已经关了...=.=III 注定...我不要吃了..回到酒店...喝了水就快点睡觉了..就可以挨过饿肚子了... 一睡就睡到天亮..吃了早餐就赶去机场了...在香港机场的战力品..((对不起,洁妮丝,那么迟才放上来)) 在我从香港回来的时候 .. 我位子的电视机坏了 … 飞机长为了表示歉意还送了我一盒巧克力 …. 很多人说我笨 , 简单 … 教我应该和他们要求转去 Business Class… 如要转去那我宁愿拿巧克力 .. 我贪吃 =P 至于为什么我没什么写这家公司是因为这里没有安捷伦那么多节目...所以就免了吧...
