厨房-我的新小天地

来了荷兰应该有两星期了...在这期间大多数都都是他为我下厨...因为我会煮的东西有限,但开始觉得是时候学煮新的料理了..看他做工那么辛苦, 回来还要为我煮饭, 觉得很不好意思...自己又在家闲着..每天泡网....无所事事....除了打扫....一无所处.... 前几天已经开始在网上看看些食谱了...看了大家的食谱就觉得很多东西家里都没有的...怎么煮呢??? 唉~算了...先煮些家里有的东西先...就这样也开始煮一些不同的东西..当然有的成功,也有的失败....失败不是难吃, 只是和妈妈还有煮炒的味道有差...煮东西真的是考到我了....不单火候要掌握得好, 还有时间也要搭配得好...不然其它的食物就会冷了....TJ 也发现我开始煮新的东西...他也很鼓励我...昨天还他带我去东方行, 那应该是Den Haag最大的亚洲市场吧..可以说70%我要的东西都可以在那里找到..我们也买了不少东西回家....回到家之后, 他抱着我说:"嘻~这回你可没有借口说没有料不能煮了...." 讨厌..人家有不是不要煮,只是真的没有材料嘛...不过...我从今天起要好好的养我老公的胃了....还以为这一句要绑着一个男人的心就得先绑他的胃只是华人的道理..想不到这里也是....
我要发奋努力学好烹饪..绑着他....

拉沙(Laksa)
其实laksa是结合了马来民族和华人饮食习惯的一种小吃(面条本来不是马来民族的主食),后来因为方便好吃,渐渐的,就成了风味小吃了.
材料 :
面条,米粉也可 500克,豆芽100克,鸡肉100克,炸猪皮两片,长豆100克,蛤500克,油豆腐10个,椰浆两杯,咖哩粉两汤匙,辣椒酱两大汤匙,黄豆20克.香茅一支.
1.汤底 - 黄豆泡软,下一锅水煮(用纱布包着煮比较好,因为煮好的黄豆不吃).
2.起油锅,炒辣椒酱(辣椒干泡软,加小洋葱,蒜片用搅拌机搅成糊状),倒进一杯椰浆,加咖哩粉一汤匙,煮好的汤底倒进锅里一起加盐煮45分钟.香茅切段拍扁加到汤里.油豆腐切块,煮好汤的时侯加到汤里.
3.准备配料,蛤用烧水烫至半熟,剥出蛤肉备用.
4.煮咖哩鸡,鸡肉和辣椒酱下锅炒至七分熟,加咖哩粉一汤匙,倒入椰浆一杯(浓椰浆)长豆切段,下锅一起煮.煮至咖哩变浓加盐调味,备用.
5.炸猪皮泡软,剪成段备用.
6.面条或米粉加豆芽一起用烧水烫至七分熟,煮好的咖哩鸡,长豆,炸猪皮,蛤铺面,再加入汤底.就是一碗美味的laksa了.
喜欢吃辣的可以另外准备 sambal belachan (虾酱辣椒酱)辣椒酱做法如上,加入干的虾酱一起炒,加少许盐就可以了,可以当沾料,也可以直接加到面里吃.
记得咖哩鸡浓,汤底稀,这样两种一起吃的时侯才不会太油腻.

這樣她才會煮。。。。

500 g Raw shrimps

1 tablespoon Cooking oil

2 liters Water

2 tablespoons Curry paste

2 tablespoons Tamarind concentrate

2 teaspoons Ground turmeric

1 teaspoon Red chili, chopped

4-8 Kaffir lime leaves, whole or shredded

2 tablespoons Fish sauce

2 tablespoons Lime juice

2 teaspoons Soft brown sugar

1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves



*

Peel and devein the shrimps leaving only the tail intact.
*

Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the shrimps shells and heads to the pan and cook for 10 minutes over moderately high heat, tossing frequently, until the shells and heads are deep orange.
*

Add 1 cup of the water and the curry paste to the pan.
*

Boil for 5 minutes until water level reduced slightly. Add the remaining water and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain the stock, discarding the heads and shells.
*

Return the drained stock to the pan.
*

Add the tamarind, turmeric, chili and lime leaves. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes.
*

Add the shrimps to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the prawns turn pink.
*

Add the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and stir to combine.
*

Serve immediately and sprinkled with coriander leaves.

Easy Version:

Tomyam Soup:

2little of water
2 cube of Tomyam Maggie Paste
2 or 3 tea spoon of Thai Aunty Brand Tomyam paste
1 or 2 Red Chili cut into slide
2 Tomato cut into 4
Ginger 4pcs
chicken, fish, sotong, prawn (depends how much u wan to cook)
4 pcs lime leaves
lemon grass

boiled it till done...serve it to ur bf...^_^

昨天炒小白菜...对我来说是成功..因为妈妈的也是这样..但他说汁太清...所以今天试不要加那么多水看看....
蛋蒸鸡肉有师过...还没到达理想的效果...需要多练习...

哦~打错字了,应该是煎猪肉饼, 就是猪肉碎加蛋,然后加盐,冬菇碎,沙葛碎,然后混在一起,然后拿来煎。

煎鱼我也不会,不过我妈妈煎到很好吃的,我得空问问她然后跟你讲··哈哈哈·············

烙神的晚宴..猫友的聚会..

时间过得还真快... 今天是我期待已久烙神的晚宴也是猫友们的聚会..真的很荣幸的被烙神邀请参加他的晚宴.. 相信很多猫友等这一天的来临也等了很久了吧... 一个人带着紧张的心情过了槟威大桥..这是我第三次自己驾车出岛, 第一次被三辆车夹着上,第二次做工, 这次能找到也是多亏有Emily,跟着她给的路线..第一次超越了目的地, 就转回去终于找到了... 外面下着雨, 只好狼狈的淋着雨跑进来...一路走来, 就发现有很多对新人, 我就只好找熟悉的身影, 终于看到了我们的新郎哥烙神还有新娘Winnie, 站在烙神前, 他看了我几秒, 才认出我是谁...心想还好没对我说:"小姐,你是谁.." 上到上面..晕掉~那么多人怎么找我们猫猫族都不懂...还好烙神为我带路...其实全场大多数都不认识的...我们当晚真的很像交流会..一直就是问:"你是.....??" 第一次见超神,烙神, Joo, Khan chan, Kuen Hoong,Dee Jay, Amy 还有Jie Yan...也认识了很多人, 有宋老师, 鸟神,wanwan, kl chia, felix....大家都Nice...够疯狂....晚宴散了蛮久, 但是大家还是不回家, 在酒楼闹个不停, 拍照拍个不停,  要不是酒楼要打烊我看大家都是不回家了...有的不回家, 就前往大家住宿Safira Country Club继续聊天..12点快到了, 就只好向大家Bye Bye咯... 当晚大家都乐透了天, 哈哈笑个不听.... 最后再次祝烙神还有Winnie白头偕老..恩恩爱爱...明年生虎子...^_^

在荷兰の新生活

正所谓嫁鸡随鸡, 嫁狗随狗, 嫁到猴子就跟着他通山跑...我也不例外, 如做戏那样, 结了婚就跟随老公回来荷兰... 第一天, 第一次和老公坐12小时的飞机俩人一起回来, 还是一样, 在机上, 我是从起程睡到到达, 中断起来吃些东西, 而他就相反, 起程到达都是在看电视...妈妈来机场接我们, 回到家, 他就躺在床上呼呼大睡, 我也跟着一起睡..我可是很会睡的哦....醒来, 就开始收拾我们的屋子.....进一进来猫地.... 第二天, 本来打算去报名读荷兰语, 谁知没开, 就算咯...之后TJ看看E-电邮, 很巧的联系到失去联 络很久的朋友, 刚好他也在荷兰, 就和他相聚相聚...^_^ 第三天, 老公去做工, 我就来到这里上网.....无聊过日子.....
